Shipping policy

Office hours: Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630hrs, excluding Bank Holidays.

Online Ordering: Customers can order online 24/7.

Order Processing: All orders placed outside of our office hours will begin processing on the next working day.

Lead Time: Many products have a lead time to manufacture and/or PDI. Each product has it's own lead time indicated within the description.

Dispatch: For stock or finished orders, small items dispatch up to 1630hrs, and larger, heavier palletised items dispatch up to 1530hrs.

Delivery: This is a business to business service.

• We expect customers to make arrangements for someone to be present to receive goods safely.
• Customers also to ensure access for delivery vehicles.
• We are not responsible for any delays or re-delivery costs.
• While DIGBITS will use its reasonable endeavours to supply Products at the time requested by the Customer, time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract.
