Description
Description
Timber Grab for mini excavators from 4.5 - 8.0 tonnes. Suitable for all types of general materials handling. Particularly well suited to agriculture, forestry and landscaping. Excellent for clearing up forest residue - timber, logs, brush. Equally suited to waste recycling tasks.
- Hardox® 450 wear resistant tines
- Body in Strenx® 700 high strength steel
- Optimal roll in- roll out properties
- Cylinder with double piston rod seals for high pressure
Available with direct mount bracket or (optional extra) continuous hydraulic rotation. Machines with single auxiliary hydraulic circuit (just 2 lines, rather than 4) will need a solenoid diverter valve kit to use the rotation option.
Allow 3-4 working days for manufacture of bracket.

Rigid Fixed Mount
All our Selector Grabs and Timber Grabs can be kitted out with rigid, direct mount brackets.
On some excavators, it is possible to specify a 2-way bracket, with 4 pins, so the grab can be picked up to grab either vertically or horizontally.

360° Hydraulic Rotation Option
For maximum dexterity and performance, all our Selector Grabs and Timber Grabs can be specified with optional extra, continuous 360° hydraulic rotation.
Note: Your excavator will need either 2 auxiliary circuits (i.e. 4 pipes) or we can supply a solenoid switch to use a single circuit.
